Smith Surveyors, Inc., a family-owned business, has provided surveying services to the Upstate of South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, and surrounding areas since 1909. The three generations of Smith's have established and maintain a reputation for professional and timely services. As a result, Smith Surveyors, Inc. has grown from 1 to multiple licensed surveyors registered in South Carolina, North Carolina, Kentucky, and Tennessee. We perform over 700 surveys a year including Boundary Surveys, untold dozens of ALTA-ACSM Surveys, Topographic Surveys and Mapping, Utility Easement Surveys, Horizontal and Vertical Control Surveys, and Construction Surveys. Smith Surveyors, Inc. is a member of the South Carolina Society of Professional Land Surveyors, The Northwest Chapter of Professional Land Surveyors (Ethics Committee, Secretary Treasurer). Smith Surveyors, Inc. was awarded a top honor in Computer Generated Plats by the South Carolina Society of Professional Land Surveyors in 2001.
